That is what we are doing...Farming for Armor stuff. Not my Armor. The other Guildmates. My Armor is simple Drok's P.J.s dyed black. Well half black...that annoyed me to use up black dye only to look Black & Tan.

why?

so when a friend needs money i can gladly give it to them...

only thing i like about farming is getting more skill points.

I kinda like farming. I only do it casually though. I'm not uber l337 or anything... I'd guess it's more like hunting. I just like going out and trying to find cool stuff or get collectors stuff for my friends while clearing out an area.

In the last MMO I played, SWG, I was a martial arts and dance master. I just went out in the wilderness and did a few spin kicks and came back with all kinds of meat and hides for our guild crafters. I really enjoyed doing that. If GW every intruduced a brawler class, I'd seriously have a hard time deciding between that and my ax.

The last MMO I played was FFXI, that game had to be the hardest game to earn money in. I was a stinker and had my friends buy me everything

. I was a summoner and even had Fenrir almost reached the level cap but got so sick of the game and it's people I just quit. That game was the definition of "grinding".

ugh.. I hate grinding/farming just to level up and stuff. I did it to provide for my guild. We had some really great crafters and merchants in our guild, so money wasn't a problem for us. For me, it was helping out my guild and the XP was a bonus.

It wouldn't be so bad if Guild Wars would accually reward players for Missions and Quests. 1,000 exp? How about offering gold instead? After level 20, 10,000 exp for a quest seems pointless. What do you get when you beat the game? Nothing. You get 1,000 exp and a skill point

I know what you peoples mean, I might have several 15k armors, but do you really think I earned that money?! Nope, most of it was donations from the generous PieXags worshipping peoples. I've actually started farming on me own for once, typically I make about 10-15k a day. I guess it's not all that bad, but out of 150 runes I still haven't found one of the lucky ones damnit!
